I tried it for a few weeks, but I’m not sure I noticed any real difference. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it didn’t seem all that effective...

My experience with customer service was kinda hit or miss. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I ended up having to explain the same issue twice, which was a little annoying.
The person I talked to was polite and did help fix part of the problem, so it wasnt a total bad experience. I just wish the replies were quicker and the info was a bit more clear.

I couldn’t get past the strong smell, and after using it my skin got itchy. It just didn’t work out for me...

I have thick, wavy hair, so I wasn’t totally sure how this would go, but I was pleasantly surprised. After a few uses, I started noticing my hair looked a little smoother and had less frizz. It’s not a miracle fix or anything, but it worked well for me and I’d buy it again.

At first I thought it was actually working, like I noticed a small difference quickly, kind of like when a stain looks lighter right after you scrub it or when your phone starts acting normal right after you restart it. But then the results just faded away fast. After a short time, it was basically back to how it was before, like nothing had really happened. I was hoping it would last longer, but it felt more like a quick temporary fix than something that actually stuck.

Using the application was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were confusing, and I kept having to go back and redo things, which just felt like extra work for no reason. Maybe other people had a smoother time with it, but for me it was annoying and really not worth the effort.

I really wanted to like this curl control, but it just didn’t work out for me. The texture felt a little tacky in my hands right away, and once it was in my hair, my curls had that slightly sticky feeling like they never fully dried. A few pieces near the front looked decent at first, but after maybe 3 or 4 hours they started falling flat, especially around my ears where my hair usually curls the best. The ends also looked kind of dry and separated, which bothered me every time I looked in the mirror. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It showed up later than I expected, so the shipping was kinda slow, slow. But everything was okay once it arrived.

I tried this twice hoping it would calm my hair down, but my frizz looked pretty much the same. didn’t really notice any difference for me.

I tried qiqilabs.com it was okay overall. The price wasn’t too bad, and I did get what I paid for, so it’s not like I feel ripped off or anything.

At the same time, it’s hard to describe, but I just didn’t feel like it was an amazing deal. Some parts felt a little basic, and I guess I expected a bit more for the money. Not terrible, just average.

I gave qiqilabs.com a try because my hair was looking super dull and dry, like it had completely given up on life. After just a few uses, it felt so much smoother and had this really nice shine without getting greasy. I wasn’t expecting much, but it even made brushing my hair way easier. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again
